Playlists and class updates this week

As we commence a new week of classes, the intention for practice this week is patience. Something we may all feel we need at the moment! We will be working on finding patience with our physical practice and exploring patience in our everyday lives 🙏

Spaces are available on online classes: Relaxation yoga this evening 8-9pm and Yoga flow class on Saturday 10-11am.

There are a few spaces available for tomorrow's face to face class at Wolverley Memorial Hall 10.30—11.30am. Booking via the website or just get in touch.

Monday relaxation yoga 8pm

Saturday yoga flow 10am
