Outdoor Yoga Classes 

There are so many benefits to practicing yoga outdoors. 

Research suggests any form of exercise, when done in a natural environment, has immense advantages such as better stress management, it reduces anger & depression, increases your energy levels, reduces fatigue, and improves your confidence.

Come and join me every 3rd Friday of the month for outdoor yoga

Location:
Millenium Green - Blakedown 
(grassy area behind behind Blakedown Parish Rooms) 
Park by the scout hut at the following location:
Blakedown Parish Rooms 
20 Belbroughton Rd, Blakedown,
Kidderminster DY10 3JG

(*We practice just past the bench on the green, to the trees on the left hand side - perfect for those who wish to have shade or sunshine!) 

Dates/times: 
+Friday 21st July 2-3pm

+Friday 18th August 2-3pm 


Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. There is ample free parking at Blakedown Parish Rooms.  
If the weather is bad, we will move into the Parish Rooms instead   

Cost:
£7 per person for the session 
£26 for 4 classes for the term (Includes outdoor yoga class)

What do I need to bring? 
+your own mat
+warm clothing / blanket 
+water 
+sun cream 
+insect repellent

I'm Dr. Jacqueline Lavallee, A Health Psychologist and Transformational Coach. Through a blend of psychology and transformational coaching I support people to rediscover what energizes them, reconnects you to what matters most and create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful and alive.

"I'm Ruth. A yoga teacher, musculoskeletal and women's health  physiotherapist  and lover of adventures. 

After 10 years of working shifts, on calls and full time in healthcare I was burnt out. Working in a system that didn't work with my wellbeing. Anxiety set in and I knew something had to change.

That's when I turned to yoga - I completed my Yoga teacher training, going on to do my yin, restorative and pregnancy yoga qualifications and Energise Yoga was born. 

I am here to guide you back to your body and help you move in ways that feel good, didn't think was possible and connect you to the wisdom that yoga teaches it. 

It's no fancy leggings or even flexibility just simply turning up as you are and welcoming every version of yourself pas present and future

I truly believe in the power of movement in the body - whether that's exercise, walking, yoga on a mat, or off the mat.

Movement is medicine, but we also need the right mindset too

A chance to come home to yourself and feel ALIVE. We welcome you to our 2 day online retreat combing yoga, coaching, psychology and connection. Across the 2 dates, you will be guided into your next season of Autumn. This will include yoga, breathwork, coaching, journalling and guided relaxation.
