spring wreath making,
candle lit yoga, and guided relaxation

This evening includes
-A warming drink and snacks on arrival
-Opening meditation and intention setting
Breathwork meditation with Ruth focusing in on setting a new intention for Spring
-Spring wreath making session
Be guided by local Kinver florist Winnie and Olive using flowers from the season to help you create a spring wreath to take away
-Candle lit yoga practice- suitable for all abilities
Ruth will guide you through a gentle spring awakening yoga practice to help you release, relax and unwind
-Guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to reset for spring
Ruth will finish the evening with a guided relaxation on the theme of growth and blossoming
