Hi Yogis,


Just a little reminder as I'm packing my bags for a week off (and not quite travelling off into the sunset!) that there are NO CLASSES today until next Saturday. I will be back and looking forward to sharing our yoga flow practice again on Saturday 8th May.


I also would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to you all for your support. It has now been ten months of being able to guide you through your practice online and I have loved connecting with each and every one of you.

To see your physical progress, dedication and love for yoga growing is truly wonderful!


I look forward to seeing you virtually next Saturday. I am having a week to read about, practice physical and enjoy restorative yoga and meditation following my course recently, alongside some walks in the Peak district and plenty of cuppa teas!


I will be offering a FREE Restorative Yoga class to you all in May so you can taster this style of yoga with details to follow.
