Friday thoughts! 📚🎧🎵

I'm bringing back Friday thoughts yogis! Because yoga ins't just what we do on our mats, it's our mindset, what we consume and how we juggle life outside of our practice.


The last Friday of each month I share with you what I have been reading, music I'm listening to and a podcast too. It's generally health and wellbeing related, but anything that's helped with my wellbeing over the last month.


Here are my my Friday thoughts for May - I'd love to hear from you about your recommendations too!


📚What I am reading...


A good fiction read with some twists and turns! A thriller but a gentle one about female friendships too. I found it a bit slow at times, but overall if you like a murder/thriller with a female lead it's an easy read for a holiday.


🎵Music I am loving...

A podcast by a Doctor who specialises in women's health hormones and has a variety of podcasts on her speciality of all things menopause, hormones and women's health.

There's a fair few podcasts (over 150) to choose from.
