Spring intentions
As we welcome in April this week we are working on the theme of growth and new beginnings. Spring is a great time to throw away those things you don't need and declutter!
I look forward to welcoming you to classes this week online. Please note the slight change of time to Tuesdays class beginning at 10am. I am still running Relaxation Yoga as normal on Easter Monday at 8pm.
