Playlist and classes w/c 12th October

I look forward to a new week of classss with you all! As Saturday was World Mental Health Awareness Day our focus this coming week is taking time to prioritise your mental health, through building inner strength and a moment of calmness. Tomorrow we start with Relaxation yoga online at 8pm. It would be great if you can have a strap or belt to hand!

Saturdays flow at 10am will invite in more energy as we work on core strength and hip openers.

I have a few spaces available for Wednesdays face to face Relaxation class which starts at 7.30pm at Churchill Village Hall, focusing on gentle stretches and preparing the body for sleep. Get in touch any questions or book via the website 🙏
