Thank you so much for joining me for classes at Wolverley Memorial Hall and Blakedown Parish rooms this term. Here are updates regarding classes for the next term and upcoming socials. Come and join me to create some self care and time for you.
Yoga @ Wolverley Memorial Hall - Tuesdays
9.15-10.15am - Intermediate Yoga flow- for those with some experience of yoga, We practice a vinyasa flow practice with balance work, core strength and relaxation to finish
10.30-11.30am - Gentle Beginners Yoga- for those new to yoga or a little experience. We practice a gentle flow, seated stretches and standing balance work finishing with a relaxation practice. You must be able to get on and off the floor with or without a chair for this class.
The dates for the next term are as follows (5 classes for the term)

Tuesday 1st, 8th, 15th November

2-3pm Beginners Core Strength Vinyasa- a core strength vinyasa flow focusing on core strength, balance and igniting your inner fire!
