As many of you have said you want to come but can't make next Friday's planned workshop date please note the change of date for my Spring Wellness Workshop as below:


Spring Wellness Workshop will now take place on

Friday 14th April

6-8pm

at Blakedown Parish Rooms .

All the same wonderful offerings with early bird price of £19 until 31st March

I look forward to welcoming you to this evening of yoga, relaxation and wellness in April.

"There was a time when I looked like I was holding everything together on the outside but inside I felt exhausted, disconnected and lost. 

I had spent so long looking after other people, striving, meeting expectations and pushing through that I had lost touch with myself. My confidence faded and my energy was depleted. 
I had forgotten who I was underneath it all. 
What I discovered changed everything. 

The answer wasn't to work harder, or become a different person. It was learning to reconnect with myself, my values and my strengths, my desires and the wisdom of my own body. 

I'm Dr. Jacqueline Lavallee, A Health Psychologist and Transformational Coach. Through a blend of psychology and transformational coaching I support people to rediscover what energizes them, reconnects you to what matters most and create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful and alive. 

Because I believe that you don;t need fixing. 

You need remembering.

"I'm Ruth. A yoga teacher, musculoskeletal and women's health  physiotherapist  and lover of adventures. 

After 10 years of working shifts, on calls and full time in healthcare I was burnt out. Working in a system that didn't work with my wellbeing. Anxiety set in and I knew something had to change.

That's when I turned to yoga - I completed my Yoga teacher training, going on to do my yin, restorative and pregnancy yoga qualifications and Energise Yoga was born. 

I am here to guide you back to your body and help you move in ways that feel good, didn't think was possible and connect you to the wisdom that yoga teaches it. 

It's no fancy leggings or even flexibility just simply turning up as you are and welcoming every version of yourself pas present and future

I truly believe in the power of movement in the body - whether that's exercise, walking, yoga on a mat, or off the mat.

Movement is medicine, but we also need the right mindset too

This is where our Next Season takes us - both connection to mind and body to take you back to yourself and discover the power of connection"

A chance to come home to yourself and feel ALIVE. We welcome you to our 2 day online retreat combing yoga, coaching, psychology and connection. Across the 2 dates, you will be guided into your next season of Autumn. This will include yoga, breathwork, coaching, journalling and guided relaxation.
