I am looking forward to welcoming you back to classes again this week! Here are your playlists for w/c 10th May. We are working on the theme of 'perspective' this week.

Monday Relaxation Yoga 8-9pm

Tuesday Gentle Beginners 10-11am

Wednesday Relaxation Yoga 7.30-8.30pm

Saturday Yoga Flow 10-11am


I will also be offering a FREE Restorative Yoga Class on Sunday 23rd May at 7.30-8.30pm.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle style of yoga, where poses are held in a supportive way with props (blankets, cushions) to encourage a state of complete rest and relaxation.

Further details on what restorative yoga is, what you will need and what to expect will be coming this week.
