Here are a few updates on classes, events and online Yoga in September.

Online class September

Thank you so much for all your ongoing support with online classes. I have been teaching weekly online for 3 years and have a wonderful online community of yogis from all areas of the country! As the Autumn begins to draw in here are updates on online classes and online yoga pricing packages from September.


NEW online class- Yang to Yin mid week wind down!

My new online class will be on Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm online via 'Zoom'. This will include working with both an energetic flow practice (working with balances and standing work) combined with more gentle yin postures (where we are on the mat holding poses for a few minutes) finishing with a relaxation. The perfect mid week wind down! You can book as a single online class for £6 Pay As You go or scroll down to see pricing options as part of a package.

Needing time to just pause, rest and relax? 🙏 Come and join me for 'Time Out Tuesday' next Tuesday 26th September at Wolverley Memorial Hall

💗 A gentle yoga practice suitable for all - a slow and relaxed yoga practice

💗 guided relaxation


This class is designed to help you unwind, reduce stress and improve sleep. All props provided including blankets, blocks and eye pillows to help you relax. All you need is yourself and a mat if you have one!
