Slow down, unwind and be still 🙏

This week we have been slowing down and honouring the change of the season as we welcome in Autumn on Friday. What have you done this week to allow yourself time to slow down? If you are looking for deep rest, relaxation and an evening to unwind I have 2 spaces left on Friday's workshop. See details below!

🍁Just a reminder- there is NO Friday afternoon class at Blakedown Parish Rooms (2-3pm) due to my Autumn Wellness Workshop running. This class will continue as normal from next Friday 30th September.

🍁Autumn Wellness Workshop Friday 23rd September at Blakedown Parish Rooms 6-8pm.

For those of you attending the workshop here are a few reminders before attending:

You will need:

-Your yoga mat

-2x blankets

-A pillow/yoga block

-An eye bag (or something to place over your eyes like a scarf)

-Wear loose comfortable clothing (PJs welcome!)

For face yoga please bring:

-A light face cream/moisturiser

-A hair band/headband so your forehead is clear

IMPORTANT - Health questionnaire/registration form: Before attending please complete the health questionnaire by following this link

Location: Blakedown Parish Rooms, 20 Belbroughton Road, Blakedown, Kidderminster, DY10 3JG

There is ample free parking at the front and side of the building (keeping driving around to the left past the entrance)

Timing: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before to grab a drink and make yourself comfortable on your mats.
