March has arrived! How are you feeling as we approach the Spring? Spring is a time for renewal and growth where we may feel a shift in energy as we move out of Winter. The official beginning of Spring is on Monday 20th March where the Spring Equinox occurs. This Equinox is where day and night have approximately the same length and the amount of time we have in daylight becomes longer. Spring Equinox this year is Monday 20th March 2023.
In traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Spring is a great time for changing old habits and forming new routines (TCM is a system of health which dates back to over 5,000 years old and focuses on approaches to medicine inspired by patterns in nature, acupuncture, herbal medicine, diet, movement, and manual therapy).
