BOOK- Period Power: Harness Your Hormones and Get Your Cycle Working For You By Maisie Hill
Absolutely loved this book - all things hormones, the female cycle, diet and exercise for health - would highly recommend! She has also written peri-menopause power too all about menopause and health.
🎵Music I am loving...
MUSIC - The legend of Zelda soundtrack! (inspired by my husband to listen to!) Here is a playlist of it and the more music.
(We are off to an orchestra play this music by candlelight!)
