Happy Monday yogis! It's a busy week for me with yoga offerings for everyone every day this week (except Sunday which is rest day right?!).
Book onto my FREE Guided Meditation for Relaxation this Thursday at 8.30pm. This will not include any yoga movement practice, just 30 minutes of your time to close your eyes, lie down to rest and journey into a place of relaxation. Perfect if you are struggling with stress, anxiety or struggling to sleep at the moment.
