FREE Guided Meditation for Relaxation tomorrow
Tomorrow (Thursday) at 8.30pm I am offering a FREE guided mediation for relaxation.
There will be no 'physical' movement practice - just 30 minutes to lie down or sit, close your eyes and unwind as I guide you through a full body relaxation.

Outdoor Yoga- Friday 20th August @2-3pm - Update
The forecast is 22 degrees, warm and cloudy for Fridays outdoor yoga class- Hurrah!
However if it does change, I have the parish room hired so we will move indoors instead
Come rain or shine yoga will happen. It's not too late to get booked on- Bring your mat, a jumper, sun cream and a drink (covering all bases...) and lets see in the weekend together with our yoga practice.
Rest and Restore Restorative Yoga- Sunday 22nd August online @7.30pm
Do you need to create more time and space for yourself? Has this month been stressful?
The intention for this months Rest and Restore practice is 'finding balance'.
This Restorative Yoga practice is the perfect weekend wind down to help you create a more balanced approach to life in September.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle style of yoga, which involves using cushions and blankets to support our poses. It is much less energetic than other styles of yoga. This restorative practice will begin with setting intentions for Autumn, followed by a gentle physical yoga practice by spending several minutes relaxing in each pose, and then we will finish with an extended relaxation.
