Saturday 31st July- No yoga flow class 'live'- a pre recorded class will be emailed out as I am needed on a shift at the hospital!
Sunday 1st August- Rest and Restore class Online 7.30-8.45pm (£5.50)
We will be setting intentions for August, practicing a gentle restorative yoga flow and finishing with a guided relaxation- the perfect way to end your week and this month!
