When was the last time you felt completely relaxed and had a good nights sleep? Taking the time out for yourself to stretch, breathe, move and meditate can help improve anxiety and sleep, boost your mood and overall well-being.

This Sunday evening 26th February I am holding a Self Care online workshop 7.30-9pm for the ultimate Sunday self care wind down.

This evening will include

- A gentle rest and restore yoga practice (no experience needed - just some space to lie down)

-An introduction to Face yoga - A great way to give care and attention to your skin, the muscles around your face and ease those lines of tension! You don't need anything at all just your smile :)

- Guided relaxation - An extended yoga nidra practice where I will guide you through a full body relaxation without any movement practice - ready to send you to a well deserved sleep!
