You made it to the end of the week yogis! Treaty yourself to some self care this weekend by discovering a new walk, listening to music, writing down three things you are grateful for and turning off the devices! If you are finding your thoughts are in the future or elsewhere pause and come back to our theme this month - remain present. Remember we are never living in the future and can't get the present moment back!
Just a little reminder sorry there is no yoga flow tomorrow morning but I look forward to seeing you back for Mondays class. I've brought my yoga mat on the hen do and am planning to practice with this beautiful view!
