Finding the time to stop, pause and say 'no' can be difficult in a world where we are constantly connected and encouraged to keep pushing our boundaries mentally and physically. Set boundaries for yourself - allow yourself time and space to just be, breathe and relax. This week we create those boundaries - come and take an hour for you to unwind.
