This class combines the elements of both yin (slow restful yoga practice) with yang (a more energetic flow practice) combining both styles of yoga, breathwork and balance practice to leave you with a sense of total relaxation throughout the mind and the body. Suitable for those who have not done any yoga before at all, or a little. The second part of the class will involve Yin poses, where we are holding postures for longer to encourage a deeper stretch so plenty of cushions and blankets is helpful!
Online class cancellation policy: A single online class booking cannot be refunded. Face to face cancellation policy: Please note from 1st January 2023 missed classes that have been paid for cannot be carried over to a future class or be refunded. COVID-19: If Government restrictions mean that face to face classes cannot continue, the option of a refund for outstanding classes or transferring any remaining booked classes to online will be given.
