Devote yourself to yoga this December!

Thank you for another beautiful week of classes together. It's been a busy one for me, as alongside teaching and physio work I have been doing my pregnancy yoga teacher training. With the practical exam done and passed, I've some written work to submit and I will be qualified and ready to teach yoga to those with growing bumps soon.


I have lots of gentle and energising classes planned this week, and as we enter December a few festive outfits may also be making an appearance! In the current situation I have decided to continue all my classes online until at least the new year. With the festive season only around the corner, and people wanting to do what they can to protect family, I feel it is the safest thing to do at the moment. I will look forward to seeing some of you practice by your trees and festive decorations.


You can pay as you go for classes online (£3.75 for a class per person), or pay £20 to have access to all online classes throughout December (5 online live classes per week).

All can be booked online via the website but do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.


And finally I would love to invite you to

'Namaste and Natter' on Saturday 19th December at 10am.

I will do my usual yoga flow class at 10am, followed by a natter with you all with a mince pie and a drink virtually at 11am. Anyone who wishes to do the class and who pays per class, I will be setting up a fundraising page and asking for a small donation to Shelter, instead of booking with me. If you wish just to catch up and not do yoga, I will send the Zoom link out and feel free to come and join the catch up!
