Hi yogis,

Just a little reminder that there are no classes for the next two weeks.

I will be returning after my break with plenty more yoga to share and exciting news on classes heading into the winter months. If you are also in need of a break over the next few weeks too here's a few little suggestions on how to unplug and disconnect.

+Take a candle lit bath and listen to your favourite music!

Both face to face and online classes will resume from Monday 4th October.

Please note there will be a slight price increase to the following from this date onwards:

£5 per online class- pay as you go

£22 For unlimited online monthly classes including recordings
